SSANIPOST: BEREAVED OF A MEMBER

Announcement of Death - Late Deaconess I. P. Apeh

Deaconess (Mrs) I. P. Apeh, a member of SSANIPOST and the wife of the President of SSANIPOST died on the 23rd of June, 2009 in a ghastly motor accident.

Late Deaconess (Mrs) Ifeoma Patience Apeh (Nee Nwafor) was born on the 29th day of December, 1965 at Enugu the capital of East Central State now Enugu State to the family of Late Mr. Michael Nwafor and Mrs. Maria C. Nwafor (Nee Ekwune) of Amatutu Village of Agulu Aniocha Local Government Area of Anambra State.

Attended Primary School at Enugu and proceeded to OgidiGirlsHigh School in Idemili Local Government Area of Anambra State where she obtained her West African Examination Council Certificate (WASC). Furthermore, she attended University of Nigeria (UNN) Nsuka and obtained Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion.

Ifeoma joined the services of Nigerian Postal Services (NIPOST) in 1993 as an Investigation Officer and worked there until she went to sleep with the Lord.

She got married to Mr. Daniel O. Apeh in 1995 and they are blessed with three wonderful children.

She joined the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) in 1995, became a worker in 1997 and ordained a Deaconess in 2003. She was a Believers’ Class and Children teacher and Head of Children Department in the Parish. A graduate of School of Disciples, Partner, Hadassah Women Ministry in Province 2 of RCCG. Runs an NGO called ‘Women and Children Care Foundation”. A full member of International Institute of Professional Security (IIPS).

Ifeoma was a peaceful, humble, patient, friendly, hospitable, had a great zeal to serve the Lord and diligent in all her endeavours.

The church of God, friends, colleagues,  the entire member of SSANIPOST, relations, family, children and husband will greatly miss her.

May her gentle soul rest in perfect peace.

Good night Ifeoma till we meet to part no more in eternity with Christ.
