COMMUNIQUE ISSUED AT THE INTERRACTIVE SESSION BETWEEN THE UNION (SSACTAC) AND THE NETHERLAND CONSULTANTS/BPE AND NIPOST

The Interractive Session held at the NIPOST Corporate Headquarters Conference Room after exhaustively exchanging ideas hereby resolved as follows:-

1.  In the course of the Reform Exercise/process, Labour would always be carried along at every stage of it.

2.  The success of the Reform Programme requires adequate and timely funding by the Government as to enable NIPOST effectively compete in the Postal market.

3.  In the interest of fairness and transparency the Representatives of SSACTAC should be incorporated in the Strategic Group of the Reform.

4.  That we appreciate the organizers of this forum and the quality of deliberations and hope to continue in the spirit of collaboration and resolve to have frequent dialogue.
