        NIPOST MANAGEMENT PROMOTES MORE STAFF

        PROMISES TO CONDUCT PROMOTION INTERVIEW FOR ELIGIBLE MEMBERS OF STAFF YEARLY.

        PROMOTION

        Above Six Thousand (6,000) staff (Junior & Senior) attended the Promotion Interview in 2006. Initially about One Thousand Three Hundred (1,300) were promoted, but after a prolong negotiation between Union and Management, we were able to have about Two Thousand (2,000) promoted in addition to the initial figure.

        NIPOST Management even promised to conduct Promotion Interview yearly as against the practice of conducting the Interview at long intervals.
