Payment of salaries is still being paid, which is still below Poverty datum line of $454 United States dollars.
Low salaries coupled with huge utility bissls are arecipe for disaster, the country can not afford a de-motivated workforce at the present as a well remunerate workforce eqauls production.

Government has just announced new salary structures for public service employees but no figures are dineg mentioned yet.
