TUC: (FCT COUNCIL)

The Trade Union Congress (TUC), Federal Capital Territory Council (FCT) elected new officers to run its affairs for the next three (3) years.

18-02-2010 The FCT Council of the Trade Union Congress conducted its election in Abuja and the following officers got mandate to run the affairs of the Association.

1.   Com. Abdul Hakeem Aliyu Musa     -    Chairman

2.   Com. Aminu M. Suleiman                -    Vice Chairman

3.   Com. Edward A. Olabayo               -    Secretary

4.   Com. Ndagi Abdullahi Khalil            -    Asst. Sec. I

5.   Com. Haruna Ahmed                      -    Asst. Sec. II

6.   Com. Chijioke Joshua Ugwu           -    Publicity Secretary

7.   Com. Hajia Aminat Ibrahim             -   Auditor

8.   Com. Esther Workaman-Okwori     -   Financial Secretary

9.   Com. Caroline Amadi                      -   Treasurer

The delegates from SSA-NIPOST emerged as the Vice Chairman - Comrade Aminu Suleiman. He has served in various capacity as far as trade union is concerned, he is currently the Assistant Secretary of SSA-NIPOST.
